Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run event discovery, organizer tools, checkout, ticket delivery, and support.

  • Account details such as name, email, profile image, role, login status, and organization membership.
  • Organization details such as public profile, logo, team members, merchant onboarding details, payout status, and settings.
  • Event details such as event name, venue, online platform, dates, ticket tiers, coupons, booking questions, refund policy, and uploaded media.
  • Booking and attendee details such as attendee names, emails, phone numbers when provided, answers to booking questions, tickets, QR codes, and check-in history.
  • Technical details such as IP address, browser, device, session data, captcha signals, logs, and pages visited.

How we use information

We use collected information only for practical platform needs, including:

  • Publishing events and organization pages.
  • Processing bookings, coupons, ticket transfers, ticket PDFs, and confirmation emails.
  • Validating tickets at the door through QR codes and check-in devices.
  • Managing dashboards, reports, team access, roles, and organizer settings.
  • Preventing spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and payment misuse.
  • Responding to contact, privacy, support, refund, and dispute requests.

Payment processing is handled with dedicated payment providers.

Payments and merchant onboarding

When an event uses paid tickets, payment and merchant data may be shared with our payment and onboarding providers so they can process the transaction and meet financial requirements.

  • Card details are tokenized or processed by payment providers; MyEvnt does not store raw card numbers.
  • Organizer merchant information may include business name, registration number, website, company email, phone, address, ownership/contact details, and verification documents.
  • Payment providers may use this information for identity verification, risk checks, charge processing, payouts, refunds, disputes, reporting, and compliance.
  • We keep payment status, booking totals, platform fees, payout references, and related transaction records so organizers and attendees can view accurate history.

Organizer access is scoped to their own events and teams.

Event organizers and attendees

MyEvnt connects attendees with organizers, so some booking information is visible to the organizer responsible for the event.

  • Organizers may view attendee names, emails, ticket types, booking answers, check-in status, coupon usage, transfer activity, and payment status for their events.
  • Team members invited by an organizer may access event data based on their assigned permissions.
  • Attendees should review event details and any event-specific refund policy before booking.
  • Organizers are responsible for using attendee information only for legitimate event operations and support.

We keep records only while they are needed.

Security and retention

We use security controls to protect accounts, files, tickets, and platform operations.

  • Security controls include authentication, role-based access, captcha, upload checks, secure ticket identifiers, and operational logs.
  • We retain account, organization, booking, ticket, transaction, and support records while they are needed for service delivery, legal obligations, accounting, audits, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
  • When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or archive it according to operational and legal requirements.
  • No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary exposure.

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete eligible data.

Your choices

Your available choices depend on the type of information and why we keep it.

  • You can update account and organizer settings from your dashboard where those controls are available.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy questions.
  • We may need to keep certain booking, payment, tax, audit, security, and fraud-prevention records even after a deletion request.
  • Transactional emails such as booking confirmations, ticket delivery, password reset, invite, payout, or support messages may still be sent when necessary for the service.
